A person should do this exercise about ten rounds a days thus this exercise can clean the respiratory system and the lungs. This is a good technique to sooth your mind and your nervous system. This exercise makes eyes shiny and body lighter than before.
The cautions that should be taken during the exercise is that the air should not be taken in as direct after the exhale .these steps should be done with the advice of a proper instructor and beginners should avoid this exercise with any retention of breathing.
