Apanasana

     

    Apanasana has many benefits physical and mental in nature. In physical benefits as discussed earlier that it sooths the lower abdominal portion and allows to release the gastric retention in the body. This posture can sooth the abdominal organs and along with it helps improving the digestion.
            The cautions for this posture is that pregnant women’s should be warned and not apply this posture this can further create complications. While they can apply this exercise before their second trimester of their pregnancy but not later. People who have major back injuries should apply this posture with the advice of their physician and it might give some discomfort to those who have tight hips and knee problem.
