Can Yoga help me to lose weight?

     

    It is simple and clear that all across the world people are enjoying the benefits of Yoga in a great number. Yoga is really helpful in losing the excess weight. Actually, the awful habits of overeating, stress, not doing any exercise, are all the problems which cause fat and lead to the excess weight. So, the only way of getting rid of all these bad habits which causes obesity, is practicing the Yoga. There are hundreds of people, who experienced that the yoga is helpful in losing the weight.

It speeds up the metabolism and increases your energy level so that you can lose the weight. Therefore, below are some important asanas and poses which help you to reduce the fat:

    • Asana for a tight stomach:  There are many parts of this asana such as baat pose, cobra pose, the child’s pose, abdominal lift, yogic seal pose, spinal twist, wind releasing pose and naval move position. These all parts of asana help you for making tight stomach. 

    • Asana for the limbs: You can try the squat and rise pose, swinging lotus pose, celibacy pose, upward dog pose and the downward facing dog pose, upward facing and downward facing bridge pose, tree pose and the hero pose. All these pose acts upon your limbs.
