How many times per week should one practice Yoga?

     

    If you are self-conscious about your physical appearance and want to make yourself look better, slim, fatless, fit, agile and energetic you should perform the yoga for about 80 – 90 minutes twice daily. Yoga is not just a physical exercise; they don’t only tone your muscular appearance but also massage your internal nervous system. If you practice yoga continuously for a long time then you can feel its wonderful effect. It maintains your youthfulness for longer period. It means it makes a large gap between your real age and your charming versatile appearance.

    Scientifically it has been proved that people with regular practice of yoga have stronger immunization system than those will regular muscular exercise. Due to inherent element of internal massage in yoga exercises they don’t only help in developing better immunity but also brings glare to skin, strong antibodies keep disease away from such yogis. Teeth and gums remain intact. In brief, yoga has multidimensional effect on your body. A regular practitioner of yoga develops a habit of disciplined life.

    Last but not least, practice yoga according to your schedule, but it should be on regular basis. Gap due to some specific reasons does not have any bad effect, but try to regularize your yoga practice. Make it your habit. You can practice from mild 10 minutes per day to 90 minutes per day. All depends upon your spare time, but one thing is assured – you have a good health and peaceful mind.
