Konasana

     

    There are many benefits of Konasana, it concentrates on major parts of body like, spine, back bone, lumbar region, legs, abs, and upper portion of the body. It is beneficial for pregnant women. It is helpful to straighten our spine, and causes flexibility in neck and spine region. It helps to solve problems of pain and fatigue in back region. It also solves the problem of slip discs to some extent. There are also many benefits regarding posture, flexibility in body, hips, legs and cervical or lumber region problems.
    There are some precautions must be taken before doing this exercise, those people suffering from disorders of lumber spondilitis or hyper tension must not practice it. Practice it carefully to reduce mistakes, which can cause serious pains in the back and lumbar region.
