    There are many benefits of this exercise, you can maintain your posture and remain in fit and fine position or structure. Many problems like backache, pain in legs and chest and heart problems can be solved easily by exercising this technique. People having severe pains like of slip disc, back pain, legs pains and knees relating pains can practice this technique and reduce these problems. This technique is best for legs, thighs, and abdominal region. It helps to reduce fat from the body. It strengthens the muscles of legs and thighs, and produces suitable flexibility.

                    Some precautions must be taken before doing this exercise; your body must be fully warmed up. Practice this exercise in supervision of professional teacher or instructor.
