There are many benefits of Natarajasana; it focuses on main body parts like shoulders, legs, arms, abdominal region, chest, and belly and back of the body. It is used to remove or reduce pain, tension and fatigue from ankle and foot. It expands chest, and it is easy to open lungs by doing this exercise.
Some precautions are, body should be fully warmed up and it should be done under supervision of professional teacher or instructor.
