Purvottanasana

     

    We can get many benefits by doing this exercise; it is very useful to strengthen our body. This technique is excellent for reducing fatigue. This technique is also practiced to maintain our balance and posture. It is useful to put suitable pressure or stretch on different body parts like chest, the abdominal region, arms, legs and neck. If somebody has neck or spine problems, by this technique you can solve them because it stretches the spine to a suitable extent. It is also useful to open the chest and the upper region of the body.

    Some precautions must be taken before doing this exercise, do not practice this exercise if you have neck, back or hips relating problems.
