Sarvangasana

     

    Sarvangasana is one of the famous and commonly known postures of yoga. Most of the people use this technique for many benefits. But in yoga the to get better out of any exercise is by doing it with the right way. This posture is commonly known as pose that involves all the parts of the body. This is an inverted posture of yoga. This posture affects the gravity of the body by applying the opposite pressure on the body and thus targeting the infected or problematic areas of the body.

    As we discussed earlier that for ding any posture that matters is the correction. For doing sarvangasana   it involves eight basic steps.

     

     

    1. Rest your body on the ground and such that you’re back touching the ground and the hands and their palms facing the ground or the floor.
    2. Start lifting your legs at the angle of 30, 90, that at 130 degrees. Such that your legs are at the back of your head.
    3. Now keep this position for duration of few seconds and keep on breathing normally.
    4. Now keeping in this position put your toes of the foot on the floor, and keeps on breathing.
