Along with this it improves digestion and Therapeutic for asthma, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and sinusitis .along with all the diverse physical benefits this posture provides many mental and psychological benefits. Like reduction of mental stress and anxiety.
       This exercise has some cautions of people suffering from major back injury. Fault in posture may cause any neck injury. Thus this asana should be practices with any experienced teacher or instructor.

    There are many benefits of doing this posture. This posture normalizes the blood circulation and there is the exercise of inner organs. This posture also releases any type of mental retention and patients having problem of asthema, constipation, insomnia and diabetes have good results after this posture. This posture also teaches mind contraction. Thus provides a control on the body and mind.
