Siddhasana

     

    This posture helps in the many ways such that it makes the facial muscles more firms and reduces the retention in the skin and around the eyes. It also reduces the strains due to tension and depression around the eyes. Along with this problem it helps the voice related problems and decreases the problems of tonsillitis and hoarseness this also due to the stretching of the tongue. This posture also maintains the blood pressure and normalizes the rhythm of the whole body.

                Like any other yoga postures there are not many cautions for this posture .term used above breakpoint means that the point at whish the body and stay comfortable on this position and stay as longer as possible. While doing this the eyes should be straight and the whole expression of the body should be frightening .its better to doing it in front of the mirror.

    There are many benefits of doing this posture. This posture normalizes the blood circulation and there is the exercise of inner organs. This posture also releases any type of mental retention and patients having problem of asthema, constipation, insomnia and diabetes have good results after this posture. This posture also teaches mind contraction. Thus provides a control on the body and mind.
