Utkatasana

     

    There are many benefits of this asana as I explained it earlier. This asana improves the strength of the body. Opens the pelvis. It also strengthens the leg muscles. The fat pockets under the buttocks are also reduced. This posture aligns the whole skeleton system. It provides the relieve for the sciatica and the joint pain. This posture is good for the digestion. The patients suffering from the arthritis pains also feel pleasured after this posture. This posture also provides a good exercise for the liver, pancreas and the intestine.

    There are some cautions for this pose that this pose requires the straight flow of back and the arms should be straight so that there is less chance of any injury. All these posture should be done with any instructor.
