Utthita

The Utthita Trikonasana should not be practiced when suffering from diarrhea, headaches and or low blood pressure. People that have heart conditions, neck problems, and neck problems should also practice it with care and modification.

Utthita Parascakonasana is another Utthita pose. This is a variation to the Utthita Trionasana. This standing asana starts off with the Utthita Trikonasana but the legs would have greater distance between them. The arms are extended toe the sides and the torso is upright. The right foot should be turned out.
