      We can get many benefits by doing this exercise. This exercise is unique in sense that everyone whether you are a man, woman or a child can do it easily. Those people who have problems regarding digestion, constipation, back ache and blood pressures can easily solve their problems by doing this exercise. We can prevent ourselves from serious diseases like stomach disorders and back disorders by doing this exercise. Many minor problems like knee injuries, foot injuries and thighs can be easily solved by doing this exercise. It is an excellent exercise for maintaining and balancing the body posture. It also strengthens spine and back bone. It regulates blood and energy through out the body. Apart from these benefits many other things are stilled to be discussed like problems of stress and fatigue can also be solved by doing this exercise.

                Some precautions must be taken before doing this technique, like do not sit for long time in the same posture.
