In fact, yoga can be performed at anytime, but most preferred time is morning and then evening.
Early morning and/or evening time are popular among most of the yoga practitioners, be it a club or individual. Here we will deal with various types of yoga poses which are most suitable during specific time, that is, morning or evening. You will find sequences of yoga and if you follow them you can maximize the benefits of each session in easy ways. These sequences have been developed keeping in view the rushed and/or stiff hours of the day.
At morning your body is less flexible and may offer resistance to those asanas which requires more physical workouts. On the other hand, you have not yet engulfed anything in your stomach and so it’s most suitable time for such asanas. The solution is that you should start with slow stretches and warm-ups and then gradually move from some simple to complex postures. You can also take liberty of practicing breathing practice of your choice; this will make you alert and fresh for the day ahead.
The best step would be to start with Corpse Pose, then shifting to Neck Rolls and Eye exercises. Move forward with either Lion Pose or Sun Salutation, and then perform the Childs Pose before carrying on with Headstand or Shoulderstand and a Fish or Bridge, and finally calming down with the Corpse Pose and ending the session with meditation.
In the same way at evening usually we are tired of day long work, closing day also brings some stress to your life. Scheduling a half hour yoga before cooking your evening meal can be of immense benefit, this helps you to settle down and tie up the lose ends of the day. You feel fresher and can relish your dinner as well as your bedtime. At evening time your body feels the tiredness, may be exhausted due to day long hectic schedule. Therefore, a rigorous yoga asanas are not compatible at this time.
