    Yoga is just like a breath of oxygen that promises to heal the entire body giving additional vibe to it and restoring its normalcy. Don’t you think it sounds too good to believe? But if the truth be told, yoga is the elixir that can not only rejuvenate but prolong the life of the body cells.  So, believe it or not, yoga is a proven remedy for all ailments whether they are mental or physical.

    Some people get confused and think that yoga is a kind of exercise which they can better have in a gym by using modern equipments. But it is their misconception. Actually the fact is that exercises work on body parts band gives physical healing only. Yoga involves various poses or Mudras and Asanas, which requires proper knowledge and art of inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide, working simultaneously on certain muscles of the body. This will increase circulation throughout your body and helping you have the secretion of certain hormones within the body, which rejuvenate your body and keep you fine and healthy.
